Supporting utility companies worldwide by optimising and automating manual, error-prone, and costly meter reading processes. Blicker is the intelligent meter readout assistant that digitises gas, electricity, and water meter data from photos. Effortlessly capture meter readings with Blicker by taking a photo of any utility meter, using any smartphone or tablet device. Our AI-powered system is designed to support both customers at home and field meter readers on-site, providing instant and highly accurate digital meter data. - Meter readings - Meter category (electricity/gas/water) - Display type (analog/digital) - Barcodes and barcode numbers - Serial numbers - GPS location - Photo time and date - QR-codes & data matrices "Blicker is the first solution we have come across that truly enables us to get these readings first-time-right. On the one hand it lowers validation costs, but most importantly it improves the customer journey as a whole. This is exactly what Blicker delivers, having been integrated in both our customer meter reading channels as well as field service applications." - Frank van der Putten, Manager Market Innovation at BrabantWater (>1M customers). "For Stedin, using Blicker is a great alternative to costly and time-consuming house visits of expert field engineers, whom we’d rather free up to work less on administration and more on the real engineering challenges faced in the energy transition." - Arnold van der Bie, Chief Data Officer at Stedin (>4M customers).
