Blind Justice UK is a registered charity (No. 1217562) advancing public education about the civil justice system and advocating for evidence-based reform of court administration in England and Wales. We focus on access to justice, regulatory accountability, and the empowerment of litigants in person, particularly where procedural unfairness and institutional failure create structural disadvantage. Our work combines legal research, practical advocacy tools, and policy-informed interventions to help individuals and communities engage more effectively with courts, tribunals, regulators, and public bodies. Over the charity's first three years, its priorities are to publish plain-language guides and educational materials on court procedures for litigants in person; develop and test the AEGIS educational information platform within strict safeguards; conduct and publish neutral, trustee-approved research on the practical operation of the civil justice system; and deliver a public lecture series in partnership with a university law faculty. Each of these priorities contributes to the charity's educational purpose and to the sound administration of the law. Blind Justice UK does not provide legal representation. We offer guidance, advocacy, education, and signposting. We welcome funding, partnerships, and collaborations to scale our impact and ensure no one faces the justice system alone.
