Block Expert is at the forefront of blockchain adoption for lottery industry. After years of research and development, we partner with state-authorized lotteries around the globe, applying our expertise to shape a blockchain-enabled future for them while still reinforcing the brick-and-mortar business model. Our consultants are SMEs on business process management, cybersecurity, and enterprise blockchain adoption and development, specifically in the lottery industry, to help state-authorized lotteries build their blockchain presence. We assist our clients at every stage of the onboarding process, from adoption to maturity stage providing in-depth research and analysis to full-scale development taking into account of the full spectrum of business procedures and regulations. A 3-stage framework has been developed for a successful transition: 1. Adoption: Our tailored approach provides a comprehensive view and full confidence in business leaders to adopt blockchain by performing a readiness assessment to understand where blockchain would be a solution to their problems. This stage has the following phases: a) Readiness Assessment: An 8-week engagement to understand the organizational readiness in adopting blockchain. b) Current State Assessment and Roadmap Development: An assessment of current games and products, and identifying applicable use cases. c) Implementation: Technical development of approved use cases and piloting in parallel with the existing business. d) Integration: Integrating the blockchain products into the existing processes. 2. Growth: identifying growth partners in a B2B model (like in Metaverse) to build a broader customer base and create strategic alliances to achieve social purpose targets and accelerating ESG program. 3. Maturity: An optimized ecosystem to meet and exceed innovation and sustainability objectives that hosts all products and portfolios with zero interruption. Reach us at info@bexpert.com
