BlueIron invests in and finances patent portfolios for startups and small companies, giving you much more protection than you could otherwise afford. We are unique in that our interests are aligned with yours: get the highest quality IP protection. We make $50-100K investments in pre-revenue companies to develop patent portfolios, then follow on investments as needed. For revenue-generating companies, we offer $2-5M loans using patents as collateral. BlueIron also provides patent enforcement insurance and patent defense insurance.
