Pittsburgh’s East End Therapists provides counseling support for children and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, family conflict, and grief and loss. At East End Therapists we believe that inclusion is more than a statement, it's the way we practice with clients and engage with each other as a team.
