Founded in 2016 by East Park Group, our software company emerged from years of manually executed consulting projects. We observed that complex software implementations, regardless of their size and scope, often fell short of being delivered on time, under budget, or to customer expectations. Frustrated by the time, cost, and risk associated with these challenges, we recognized the need for automation in a technology-driven market. This led us to create Vortac. Vortac is a software technology born from our experience with hundreds of demanding software implementations. Its purpose is to deliver complex applications accurately from the start, within budget, and swiftly enough for customers to see immediate value. Specifically designed to address the intricate, costly, and time-consuming process of configuring, customizing, and deploying Salesforce, Vortac simplifies the experience. With an intuitive user interface, it guides users through every step of Salesforce configuration, delivering a fully compatible Salesforce package tailored to customer specifications in under one week.
