Since 2004, the mission of East Valley Family Services is providing services and support for all walks of life in Southern Nevada Communities to become and remain healthy, responsible, and self-sufficient. On May 20th, 2004, in the back of a local church meeting room, a small but mighty team of 3 passionate individuals gave life to East Valley Family Services. Since then, the organization has developed into one of Southern Nevada’s most well-respected community resource providers. Originally, the designated Family Resource Center for East/Central Nevada, EVFS expanded its’ services to reach the Laughlin community. The Family Resource Center, Family Preservation Unit, Family Links Education Programs, and Food Distribution are the core components of our agency. We are a hand-up organization lifting those struggling with barriers putting them on a path towards a better quality of life. We could not have accomplished this milestone achievement without the shared passion of our community partners. You are an invaluable part of why we do what we do. Our team, our partners and of course our clients keep us growing and going because we truly are MORE THAN HELP, MORE THAN HOPE!
