Eastern Meridian Property Group is a Tampa Bay based entrepreneurial real estate investment company founded to create best-in-class residential, retail, and multifamily real estate projects. Our beginnings are rooted in hard work, and we never lose sight of the continued hard work that allows us to achieve our goals. We are a company that takes great pride in who we are and what we do - real estate investment professionals who execute with integrity, acumen, and excellence. We’re problem solvers at our core. Taking a raw piece of land from acquisition through permitting, construction, and disposition or permanent financing is no easy feat, and it’s certainly not for the faint of heart. It requires tremendous fortitude and endurance – hallmarks at the core of our company. We recognize the projects we undertake will be woven into the very fabric of the community we create them in, and honestly, we love creating new places for people to live, work, shop, and play.
