We incubate projects in the charity and social enterprise sector that help individuals overcome barriers to learning, volunteering and employment. We use our modest funds to support individuals whose objectives are to deliver social change and build communities. We are a small grant-giving organisation and look for innovative ways of combining skills, experience and resources. Our current three projects are: overcoming barriers to learning for those who cannot afford the fees for a prestigious Masters Degree in Chairty Management; running an innovative pilot project to support refugees to re-launch their careers; and a project to support schools that want to develop their young social activists.
