With Michelin starred chef Josh Eggleton and award winning organic farmer Luke Hasell at the helm, all Eat Drink Bristol Fashion venues are built on a "field to fork" ethos. We like keeping our food chains short, our produce local and our menus rather blimmin tasty. The team's flagship event is pop-up restaurant and food festival, Eat Drink Bristol Fashion, which is held in Queen Square for 3 weeks each year. This year the festival is returning to the city for 12 days from 29 April to 10 May 2015. .
