eCars247 was born out of frustration with the used car industry's traditional product driven approach and customers dissatisfaction with it (only 7% of UK consumers claim to trust used car dealerships). Identifying the need for a convenient, hassle free, trustworthy way to buy a used car, eCars247 decided to find a way to create an unparalleled customer experience that would challenge negative perceptions of the used car industry and create positive replacements. Using innovative technology, eCars247 offers the world’s first online used car purchase process to include an instant finance decision and pay-out. We combine this with a superior customer service offering to meet our aim of increasing customer satisfaction. We're a forward-thinking start-up with an appetite for disruption. We want to create simplicity and transparency in a process that's previously alienated customers. We use the same values that underpin our consumer offering to create an internal culture that forms a collaborative, fulfilling work environment. Business Initiative of the Year 2018 award winners at the AutoTrader Retail awards.
