EcoTensil, Inc. creates ultra-green paperboard spoons made in the U.S.A. in several smart and convenient designs. EcoTensil products use significantly less material than other plastic or biodegradable utensils, saving resources, energy and creating less trash. EcoTensil products: • EcoTaster • Eco-iScoop • EcoSpoon • SpoonLidz • EcoSecurity Utensil What Makes EcoTensil, Inc. Unique: The idea for eco-friendly, single-use paperboard spoons arose when company owner and creative director, Peggy Cross, found herself in her car with hungry children a few years ago with yogurt but no spoons! She realized a need for a convenient yet eco-friendly to-go spoon for busy working people and parents. While developing the perfect single-use utensil, Cross recognized the broader and more diverse value of the product. From retailers to institutions, the need for a more sustainable, safe and effective utensil is widespread.
