Welcome to the place where taste and technique meet. Where ideas become shapes and flavors. Where quality has no compromises. Welcome to the place where every creation is evolution, where art is born in the laboratory, the place where Made in Italy is not an expression, but a perfect formula. Welcome to the Gelato Factory. Welcome to Edo Gelati. EDO was born during the ‘Italian economic miracle’ from the intuition and knowledge of Edoardo Brevi and his wife Adele: from the beginning our vision was clear and simple, founded on the principle of “knowing how to do well”, for one’s own honor and for the respect of people and the environment. On these historical, family and above all valuable foundations, we have built what is our reality today.
