Do you have an elderly parent who needs care? Eldercare Home Health Inc. has been providing Elder Care to seniors in Toronto (GTA) since 1995. We provide Registered Nurse supervised PSW care exclusively to the elderly. We offer solutions that help seniors stay happy, independent and safe. Our Clients range from 75 to 105 years of age. We provide one-on-one care in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Retirement Homes and private homes throughout the GTA. We provide care for seniors who have Alzheimer’s, Parkinson's and other illnesses. We also care for Clients who are recovering from falls and other injuries, and from surgery. Many Doctors, Social Workers and Discharge Planners turn to Eldercare Home Health when they need care for their own families. PSW care that is actively managed on an ongoing basis by Registered Nurses. Better Senior care, less worry.
