Eldorado Community Service Centers & American Health Services provide co-located integrated medical, mental/behavioral, and substance abuse disorder treatment services. A synopsis of the services offered are as follows: 1. Primary and preventative health care 2. Family practice, pediatrics and immunization 3. Opioid dependency treatment services Currently, our network of healthcare facilities serve San Diego, Los Angeles, Kern, San Francisco, Cameron, Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, and Hidalgo counties--with 27 clinics situated across California and Texas.
