At Elicit, we believe that Rebellious Thinking Creates Customer Brilliance. We architect customer data- and technology-driven solutions to solve our clients’ most difficult customer problems. Our team of technologists (Geeks), data scientists (Nerds), and strategists (Suits) can help you transform your business into a more customer-obsessed and engaging brand. Our suite of services includes customer data and marketing technology strategy, advanced customer analytics and research, and business strategy tailored to each client. This cross-functional, collaborative approach to customer-centricity was recognized by MediaPost, who named Elicit the 2017 Agency of the Year in their first People-Based Marketing Awards. Since Elicit was founded in 2009, we’ve partnered with a noteworthy list of clients that includes Southwest Airlines, McAfee, Galderma, HomeAway, Fossil, GameStop, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Sephora, BevMo!, and Pier 1 Imports. Our project work has also allowed us to collaborate with some of the best agency partners to create differentiated and customer-insight- driven solutions. Our goal is and always will be to deliver stronger customer engagement and a thicker bottom line, but we also pride ourselves in being the kind of people our clients actually want to collaborate with. We were named the #8 Best Place to Work by Ad Age in 2016, and have a unique focus on talent collecting that operates under a live-where- you-want / work-where-we-do philosophy. This ensures we’re able to secure the best minds and personalities the country has to offer.
