Emerald Research Group specializes in tech sector marketing communications, customer relationships in the digital age, and new product innovation, nurturing ideas from design to launch with actionable business strategy. Relentlessly curious and creative, Emerald is driven by the mission to address gaps in traditional research, with an emphasis on innovation, speed, and creativity. We began by asking how a modern research company might look, behave, and feel if it were built from scratch to meet the needs of today’s digital marketplace. From that, we developed our mission to use new and advanced research methods and data analytics to find human-centered insights that address your most complex business challenges, at a pace that matches the needs of your business. We aren’t your average researchers – we are partners who go deep on your business to develop clear, data-driven points of view that have immediate impact, blending our passion for data science and methodological rigor with our practical knowledge of how things get done in business to develop straightforward conclusions and recommendations that are easily consumed and socialized.
