EnCompass is a women-owned consulting firm based in the Washington, D.C. area. We work with governments, international organizations, businesses, and nonprofit/nongovernmental organizations around the world. Since our founding in 1999, EnCompass has provided a core group of services: training/learning and facilitation, leadership and organizational development, and technical assistance and evaluation. Leadership and Organizational Development Customized leadership and management development programs; executive coaching; organizational assessments; strategic and business planning; change management; and, program evaluation Technical Assistance and Evaluation Monitoring, evaluation, and learning; needs assessments; quality improvement; costing studies; processes for knowledge and information sharing; field research; media monitoring; data collection and analysis; case studies; and other utilization-focused research endeavors for global development.
