Headquartered in Newport Beach, California’s Financial Circle, Encore AMC Partners (EAMC) is a Mergers & Acquisitions advisory firm which combines creativity and forward thinking from a team of executive leaders who have led both acquisitions and exits as executive operators and transactions as investment bankers throughout the course of the last 25 years. The firm was founded based on the idea that having perspectives, as former operators with M&A backgrounds combined with investment banking experience, gives EAMC the ability to provide balanced advisory services based on its clients’ business and personal objectives with a level of understanding rarely found in M&A. EAMC generally works with small-to-mid market companies with revenues up to $250 million operating in a range of industries, including technology, business services, human capital management, logistics, consumer services, healthcare and business process outsourcing. The firm’s services include M&A sell-side, and selective buy-side, the M&A smartSourcing Network for unbanked companies wishing to tap into EAMS’s network of strategic and financial buyers and management consulting services for companies planning to run an exit strategy in the near-to-intermediate term.
