EPCAD plans and designs great places. we provide professional services to the development industry, tourism and leisure business and the public sector. EPCAD's current Directors are Howard Mitchell who founded the company in 1992 and Karen Lowndes. EPCAD has consistently met client requirements on many complex projects here in WA and overseas for over twenty years. Our services are valued by our clients who reappoint on subsequent stages of projects and also consistently reappoint on new projects.
