ESN is a multi-local partnership of banks and brokerage firms which cooperate in equity research and sales. To provide top quality Pan-European coverage, a group of banks and brokerage firms created European Securities Network LLP (“ESN”) in the year 2002, an equally owned company defining common standards of cooperation in equity research, sales and execution on European stocks while each ESN Member maintains its independence and distinct responsibilities. Today ESN counts on several Members in the main European Countries. ESN Members are “partners”, committed to jointly develop and distribute their European company, strategy and sector re-search by working together to analyse stocks and process orders on European Markets. In-depth local equity research focusing on Mid & Small Caps but also covering main local Blue Chips. Publication of pan-European equities sector reports, strategy reports, in-depth company reports and daily updates thanks to a large team of analysts covering 350 European listed companies in a common unique database. Alpha generation for institutional clients through an accurate stock picking approach is the main ESN analysts target. A tailor-made sales and trading service from ESN strong team of sales and sales traders covering pan-European equities with execution capability across European markets. Road-shows, one-to-ones and conferences with European companies and ESN analysts put in contact institutional clients with top management of European corporates throughout the year. ESN Members co-operate also in the field of cross-country ECM and M&A.
