We partner with architects, developers, municipal agencies, institutions & other engineers to build high-rise, low- rise & mid-rise multi-dwelling & mixed use residential buildings, large scale urban development projects, affordable housing, hotels, seniors housing, schools, cultural district developments, community centers, commercial buildings, municipal buildings, corporate interiors, retail spaces throughout the United States. From dramatic gut renovations & conversions to new construction we consistently solve difficult engineering designs while meeting budgets & demanding scheduling constraints. At EEA, we place emphasis on the client & quality. By utilizing innovative emerging technologies & old-fashioned “know-how”, we develop solutions that achieve our clients’ goals. We differentiate ourselves from the competition by paying close attention to the impact our services have on the buildings we help construct or rehabilitate. When awarded a project, we look at the immediate needs & those that will most likely develop in the future.
