Services: • Product data consulting: data process analysis, data quality and assurance, data mapping and governance, integration strategy, contracting for information. • Solution services: architecture and solution design, configuration and project delivery, quality and assurance, deployment and go-live, engineering and business change. • Product support and training: 1st to 3rd line support, bespoke support, health checks, patch management, assisted development, code reviews, QA and test, training academy. • Software options: cloud-hosted pre-configured ShareAspace SaaS, private cloud or on-prem.
