Her Turn is a leadership programme for women who are ready to shape the future of sports. Initiated by former President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid, currently President of the Estonian Olympic Committee, the programme brings together aspiring female sports leaders from across Europe and offers a structured development journey combining international sessions, expert-led training, mentorship, peer learning and networking. The programme is co-funded by the European Union.
