HiStory Hospitality was founded in 2019 by Tom Sellers. Tom's vision for his restaurants and catering extends beyond just food; it's about creating a community and an experience that resonates with his guests. Restaurant Story is Tom Sellers’ two Michelin Star flagship restaurant and home. Simply put, Story serves a tasting menu of delicate, masterful dishes inspired and led by the British seasons and the very best produce available. Story Cellar, a Parisian-inspired rotisserie-style restaurant with counter dining, in Neal’s Yard, Seven Dials. Here, rotisserie chicken is the primary focus, served alongside a concise menu of house-cured charcuterie and classic dishes. Dovetale, situated in the newly walkable Dover Yard and within 1Hotel in Mayfair. Dovetale is grounded in a deep respect for seasonal, organic and locally sourced ingredients, with dishes served from the grill and an abundant raw bar. Once Upon A Time offers clients the chance to create their own narrative, to tell their through food. The team have created beautiful, bespoke events across the globe. Mor is nestled within the stunning Carbis Bay Estate and facing south toward the ocean, the restaurant draws inspiration from its breathtaking coastal surroundings. Our menu celebrates the finest Cornish produce - sourced from small local farms, day boats, and the wild landscape.
