Holland Real Estate was founded by Eyal Hartogs (born in Israel but raised in Holland) soon after he made Aliyah in 1991 to Israel from Holland. Since the very beginning Holland Real Estate has implemented Eyal's personal mantra "The better the service, the better the business". Eyal works closely with trusted partners, developers, professional brokers and investors, in order to locate the most suitable properties, or partners for his clients. Holland Real Estate specializes in super prime properties and developments in the Tel Aviv vicinity, especially the Sea Front and the area of Rothschild Boulevard. With Experience, professionalism, discretion and dedication to service, Holland Real Estate is your perfect partner for locating and marketing properties and developments in Tel Aviv. Eyal is the exclusive co-broker of the David Promenade Residences (www.dpresidences.com), the most prestigious and luxurious project at the sea front of Tel-Aviv. Dudy joined Holland Real Estate in 2014. He was born in Holland and made Aliyah a few years ago. Dudy lives with his wife and three children in Raanana and used to work as a real estate broker in Amsterdam before he made Aliyah. Both Eyal and Dudy speak excellent English and Hebrew, and of course Dutch and also French. We believe we have the best combination to understand our (foreign) costumers and also communicate with our local clients. We focus more on our customers, be they buyers or sellers, than on "closing a deal". We are service oriented, discreet and transparent
