homest (www.homest.ch) ist ein neuartiges Bewirtschaftungsunternehmen, mit dem wir die Betreuung von Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentum in der Schweiz auf neue Beine stellen. Nirgendwo ist das Missverhältnis zwischen Höhe der Ausgaben und Qualität des erhaltenen Services so im Missverhältnis wie bei Wohneigentum und dessen Betreuung - das zu ändern ist unsere Mission. Dazu entwickeln und nutzen wir eigene Software, die die tägliche Arbeit unseres Teams optimal strukturiert und begleitet. Seit dem Start im 2021 verzeichnen wir eine sehr hohe Nachfrage nach unserer Dienstleistung, von der mittlerweile über 170+ Eigentümerschaften in der gesamten Deutschschweiz profitieren.
