Hope and Faith foundation is a mental health organisation headquartered in Calcutta, India. Founded by Arpan Sarma, Psychologist and Relationship Counsellor in 2022, we are on a mission to make mental health services accessible to everyone. We specialize in individual and couple counselling, and have helped 2000 people overcome stress, anxiety, depression, overthinking, stress, OCD, panic attacks, navigate conflicts, rebuild trust and intimacy and build healthier relationships.
