Horizon Search Institute is a nonprofit think tank focused on anticipatory governance for the period 2025 to 2045. We build the practical sense-making infrastructure institutional leaders use to anticipate risk and act before crises emerge. HSI operates across four research pillars: Human Performance (cognitive liberty and neurogovernance), Responsible AI (emerging technology governance), Planetary Futures (post-2030 scenario planning), and Governance & Diplomacy (Track II consensus-building and networked multilateralism). Our research cadence runs from field signals to institutional action: Global Fellows surface emerging risks from the field, HSI synthesizes them into decision-grade briefs (Horizon Scans), private salons stress-test insights with operators and scholars, and the strongest ideas become pilot partnerships.
