Based in Marlborough and currently expanding nationwide, we offer solutions in vineyard management, machinery, and hort/vit labour supply. Since 2008 we have been leaders of our industry, challenging the status quo and setting industry benchmarks as we go. We're not your average contractor, nor do we operate like one- we utilise alternative hiring, pricing, and operating practices that deliver proven results. We offer all-inclusive vineyard management services, provide expert labour solutions, and operate world-class worker accommodation for our staff. Our services are bolstered by an amazing team of office staff who deliver finance, health and safety, and people and culture support. We pride ourselves on our skills, passion, and teamwork. We expect more and deliver more. As an accredited RSE employer we are lucky to employ seasonal staff from across the Asia-Pacific region. We recognise the value and impact that the RSE scheme has, and we are dedicated to helping our workers have the biggest possible impact with the money they earn in New Zealand. We do more than provide services; we change lives.
