We proudly administer a federal contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide rental assistance through the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. Currently, we assist over 1,400 families and individuals monthly, bringing more than $9 million annually into the Central Oregon rental market. The program involves over 500 participating local landlords, strengthening the community’s housing infrastructure. We provide homes for workforce, seniors, veterans, and more. From affordable housing to savings accounts, credit-building loans, and home ownership support, we offer essential services that help individuals thrive. We are committed to equity and creating an inclusive environment where every team member has equal access to opportunities.
