Hùm Mąshąl-ē-Rąh" (HMR) is the first foundation in Pakistan of it's kind. We are working to promote awareness, provide support services and develop resources to help children with special needs and disabilities. The foundation provides assistance to families to cope with the demands of such dedicated care and special considerations needed for upbringing of such children.
