This means that all properties are valued and inspected by either a Director or manager with years of local experience. Every member of Hunt Roche staff have lived within the area they work, therefore having first-hand knowledge of the properties they are dealing with. We liaise with other agents (where appropriate), mortgage brokers and financial institutions checking the buyers financial ability to proceed. We progress your sale from beginning to completion keeping you fully advised of the progress throughout.
