Independent film studio. Taste. Craft. Heart. For every screen. – Idle Films is an independent film studio built on the spirit of a collective. We tell heartfelt, offbeat stories that blur the lines between short, mid-length, and feature formats. At our core is the Idle Films Anthology — 52 cinematic stories shaped over time, cultures, and collaborations. Alongside our own films, we run Idle Studio — a creative boutique crafting narrative-driven work for artists, brands, and organizations. From fiction-led campaigns to hybrid formats, we bring our storytelling vision into every commissioned project.
