Impact Dragonfly is a specialist sustainability consultancy supporting organisations to integrate ESG principles into strategic planning, operational practice, and organisational culture. Leveraging extensive auditing expertise, we provide proactive, evidence-informed guidance that addresses performance gaps, mitigates risk, and creates credible pathways to certification and compliance. We work with a wide range of organisations, including corporates, councils, NGOs, NFPs, and small and medium enterprises; delivering energy, waste, and water audits; ESG and sustainability strategy development; and expert support for certifications, tenders, and grants. We bring specialist capability in tourism certifications and ISO 14001 environmental management systems. To strengthen internal capability, we design and deliver targeted stakeholder engagement and immersive learning programs that surface meaningful insights from staff, leaders, communities, and partners. These engagement processes provide clear, structured feedback that informs ongoing strategy, highlights opportunities for improvement, and ensures decisions are grounded in real organisational experience.
