Our History The beginnings of IDG activities in Czechia go back to 2022. What started as a small group quickly grew into a functioning Hub in 2023, hosting its first programs and initiatives. Since 2024, we have been part of Změna k lepšímu ("Change for the Better"), a dynamic ecosystem that connects organizations across sectors to advance positive systemic transformation. Our New Status As of September 2025, we proudly hold the status of IDG Czechia Center, serving as a national coordination point for inner development work. IDG Centers bring together a broad spectrum of stakeholders—public sector, private sector, academia, and civil society—to co-create knowledge, tools, and narratives that lead to lasting systemic change. What We Do Under the patronage of Změna k lepšímu, and in collaboration with the global IDG community, the Czechia Center works to: Share and amplify good practices Co-create knowledge and practical tools Develop programs and public policies Organize events and learning opportunities Transform cultural and social narratives in the Czech context All these activities serve one larger vision: contributing to systemic change that builds resilience, collaboration, and purpose in society.
