Inner Peace Yoga Therapy was founded in 2009 and began offering 300-hour Yoga Therapy training courses for yoga teachers and health professionals in 2010. In 2014, we became one of the first accredited Yoga Therapy programs by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). Our program is one that honors and includes the teachings from a variety of yoga and spiritual traditions and yet ties those teachings together to provide a solid framework which empowers our trained yoga therapists to work with the unique individuals who seek their help. As a modular program, students can choose to take the full path toward an 800-hour certification or enrich their current yoga teaching credentials with our 300-hour Level 1 course, becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level.
