Inprove is a performance improvement company that helps clients implement their internal continuous improvement programs more effectively, and achieve better, more consistent and sustained results. All improvement efforts have two primary tasks - (i) performing analysis and developing the required information, KPI’s, tracking tools, meetings structure, reports, etc., required to enable more effective day to day operations management, and, (ii) getting your team to effectively use the new information and process and be fully responsive to performance shortfalls.
