Input as ble etablert i 1986 som konsulent selskap innen software. Fra 1989-1997 ble virksomheten utvidet til drift av barnehave. I perioden 1997-2007 ble det drevet med konsulentvirksomhet innen eiendomsbransjen. Fra 1997 har vi drevet med forretningsførsel for bygårder i sentrum. I 2008 er konsulentvirksomheten innen software intensivert. I 2008 er coachingvirksomheten intensivert. I 2010 har Anette eget kontor for coachingvirksomheten på Høvik I 2011 er det egen webside for Coaching på www.inputcoaching.no, rettet mot privatmarkedet. I 2012 er foreldrecoachen.no etablert, rettet mot alle ansatte i næringslivet, som er foreldre.
