Our Digitalisation works on the back of strong Process Mapping / Reengineering Design that critically evaluates the entire process from Flow-Roles-Structure-Policies-Measurement-Systems Based on the above assessment and redesign, we implement various planning solutions using an ALCHEMi of Tools using – Algorithms-Logics-Collaboration-Heuristics-Empirics-Math models Inquizity is backed by a team of seasoned business professionals with an operations and supply chain background, with median business experience of 20 years.
