We have developed a digital platform with a playful incentive scheme (gamification) to get more employees to participate in companies health prevention programs. Instingo is doing it in a playful way which is effecitve and sustainable. You dont even need an additional headcount to run it. Employees will do their tasks voluntarily with fun and excitement and they will feel engaged. They are getting immediate feedback and can see results on leaderboards which will be provided by Instingo. We are using succesful mechanics from online games (Gamification) and the learning from social networking. The tasks are incorporated in the daily work of your employees and will not interfere. Instingo supports you especially in the area of Health prevention, CO2 reduction and Integration.
