We offer a personalised service to help you learn English quickly and effectively. Working in small groups, we have unique and successful methods that will help you speak fluently and sound more natural in English. You will be taught 100 new pieces of language each week and our “phrase of the day” will provide you with the real English expressions that native speakers use all the time but are never found in textbooks. We also have an active social and cultural programme which combines having fun whilst experiencing British culture and using the language you have learnt. Activities such as excursions, visits, sports and parties will enable you to practice your English with English people. The two IH Bristol school buildings offer light and airy classrooms, a well-stocked study room, wi-fi and internet access and even private gardens. The School is the IELTS and Cambridge Exam Open Centre for the South West of England and it has exceeded expectations of independent inspection bodies. The School is also a teacher training centre which leads to continuing improvement. Bristol is a friendly, safe city with a rich history as a trading port which is now a centre for creative, financial and high technology industries. With two thriving universities, it is a young and lively place. Big enough to offer great shopping, places to see and lots of cultural entertainment but still small enough to get around easily and not feel lost
