InTrust is an owner-driven diversified real estate investment company whose Principals have an established track record in development and real estate debt and equity Investments. InTrust was formed as a private equity firm in Orange County, California, specializing in value-added non-institutional real estate investments. InTrust sources non-institutional properties and repositions them by adding extensive capital improvements and reducing expenses by realizing operational efficiencies through the implementation of institutional-quality property management.
