Our faculty members are nationally recognized authorities in their fields, and their informed presentations are complemented by extensive practical experience. Thousands of executives and professionals from across the United States have attended IPED programs. All IPED conferences are eligible for CLE& CPE credit. About IPED Founded in 1975 by Charles Edson and Bruce Lane, IPED was created to promote affordable housing and community development throughout the United States, and to educate industry participants. Both men are currently senior counsel at Nixon Peabody. IPED’s Board of Directors includes Nixon Peabody partners Tom Giblin, Rick Goldstein, Jeff Lesk, Herb Stevens, and Monica Sussman.
