Now a full building maintenance and custodial services provider, IQS was founded in 1998 as a cleaning company servicing local government buildings. We’ve grown to support many educational and industrial customers across Texas and Louisiana. Although we pride ourselves in having strong local management to support every account, we benefit from centralized management of company functions such as safety, security, human resources, risk management, regulatory compliance, training, payroll, legal, insurance, purchasing and accounting. Centralized management of these programs reduces operating expense and provides better internal quality control. Our regional offices are strategically located in geographic areas of operation. Our customers enjoy our attentive management teams and rapid response to needs that arise. We are proud to be certified as a State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business as listed on the CMBL. IQS Inc. also offers the option of best-value immediate contract service through our awarded Buyboard contract.
