We are an award winning company working with regulated and non-regulated lenders of all shapes and sizes helping them to meet their compliance obligations. Our support services range from advising if a loan is regulated or not through to assisting firms become regulated and remaining compliant. We are the retained adviser to the ASTL and are members of the APCC. Ray Cohen is on the Bridging Committee of the NACFB, is a past director of the APCC and ex chair of both their mortgage and CCA working groups and was a founding director of the AOBP (now FIBA).
