From the moment you arrive, you'll be whisked away into the rich history of Jekyll Island and The Club that bears its name. This is a story for the ages, a great history preserved, and we approach each new day in our history with a sense of wonder. Built in 1886 to serve as the playground for one sixth of the world's wealth, today it is an award-winning vacation and meetings resort with a rich history and gracious service. A proud historic hotel of America, the Jekyll Island Club Resort is a destination for all ages located on the Georgia state park, Jekyll Island. Unlike the days of old when it was the world's most exclusive hunting lodge, we have added many amenities for family vacations, company retreats, and beautiful weddings.
