JITS blev etableret i 1999. Stifteren Jens Elling havde længe set på systemer der kunne tilfredsstille det danske marked inden for økonomi og POS. Forretningen blev bygget op over lige dele service og udvikling. I dag har JITS 4 fastansatte og et netværk af freelance udviklere tilknyttet, alle vores ansatte er lokaliseret i Danmark. I 2006 oprettede de et hostingcenter hvor der i dag serviceres kunder inden for mail, web, exchange, backup, og mange andre former for hostingydelser.
