We are a locally-owned provider of quality, comfortable, and affordable apartments and prime commercial space in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. Unlike some property management companies, we don’t just lease the buildings we manage, we own them. By choosing not to manage buildings that we don’t own, we are able to ensure that the properties under the JSM banner meet our personal standard for excellence. Our residents enjoy our convenient amenities, the JSM VIP Program, round-the-clock maintenance and most of all, safe, quality apartments. We invite you to view our apartments and retail space to see what really sets us apart from the rest. For more information, visit www.jsmliving.com
