Kissito Post Acute provides Comprehensive Post Acute Solutions that focus on getting the patient home quickly, safely, and cost-effectively. Our interdisciplinary treatment team will create an individualized Care Plan based on the patient’s needs. Our patients rehabilitate in a spacious, private room and gym with 24 hour skilled nursing and therapeutic services.
